This page lists subprocessors (contractors) used by Synergy Media Inc. to provide Mawaru, as published under Article 4 of the Terms of Use.

Infrastructure, payments, and email

  • Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication and database infrastructure
  • Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — payment processing
  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) — email delivery

AI features (paid tiers)

  • Gemini API (Google LLC) — video analysis, copy, speech synthesis, etc.
  • OpenAI API (OpenAI, L.L.C.) — large language models, embeddings, etc.
  • Claude API (Anthropic, PBC) — large language models, etc.

The Company uses paid tiers of these AI APIs and requires contractual terms that user input not be used for training purposes.

SNS connections

  • Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — publishing, insights, Page cross-posting
  • YouTube / Google — video upload and Analytics
  • X — posts and organic metrics
  • TikTok — video/photo publishing and metrics

Changes

The Company may change subprocessors after prior notice due to business necessity (such as discontinuation, vulnerability response, or fee changes). Individual prior written consent is not required.
